Project idea: Insights from routine data from patient documents ensure effective use of staff competences

The LEP classification of professions categorises the professional training and further training courses for the nursing, midwifery and social work professions in Switzerland, Austria and Germany. It can be integrated into the electronic patient file and the personnel deployment planning system (‘PEP’) and support management in deploying specialists in a resource-orientated manner and according to their specific skills. The possibilities of data analyses to improve resource-oriented staff deployment are supported.
